Product quality control laboratory

The product quality control laboratory tests and checks the quality of measuring transformers during the various stages of the production process, and carries out their final testing before delivery.

In-process inspection

During in-process inspection, transformers are tested at key stages of production – after the windings are wound onto the core, and before and after the casting process. This allows any deviations to be detected in time and ensures that product quality is monitored throughout the entire production process.

Final testing

Final testing consists of routine tests in accordance with the requirements of the relevant standards, which include:

  • power-frequency withstand voltage test on primary terminals;
  • partial discharge measurement;
  • power-frequency withstand voltage test between sections;
  • power-frequency withstand voltage test on secondary terminals;
  • accuracy test;
  • verification of markings.
After the tests have been successfully completed and compliance with the defined technical requirements has been confirmed, the appropriate test documentation – a test certificate – is issued for the products.

The laboratory's work is based on reliable measuring systems, defined procedures and the professional work of its staff, with the aim of ensuring a high and consistent level of quality for every transformer that leaves the production process.
